Auto Inbox
Auto Inbox is a routine your Townie AI assistant runs in the background on your email: it sorts and labels incoming mail by what each message actually is, archives the noise, and pre-writes replies in your voice that wait for your review.

How Auto Inbox works
Works with
It works while you don't
Your Townie sweeps incoming mail through the day — no forwarding, no rules to maintain.
It sorts by what a message actually is
Labels in your language, noise archived out of sight, the messages that matter left front and center.
Replies wait in drafts
For threads that need an answer, a reply is pre-written in your voice — you review, tweak, and send. Nothing goes out on its own.
Auto Inbox FAQ
Auto Inbox is a routine your Townie AI assistant runs in the background on your email: it sorts and labels incoming messages by what they actually are, archives the noise, and pre-writes replies in your voice for your review. It's included with every Town account.
No — email drafts wait for your review and never send themselves. Access is scoped to the accounts you connect. Read more in our security overview.
Tell your assistant, in plain language, what you'd change — "stop labeling newsletters as clients" — and it updates the routine from that one message. The scheme is yours, not a fixed taxonomy.
