Calendly integration FAQ
Town's Calendly integration connects your Calendly account to Town with one sign-in; no API keys or setup. Your Townie can read your scheduled events, invitees, event types, and open time slots, and, with your approval, book events, create single-use scheduling links, and mark no-shows.
Town only reads your Calendly data when you (or a routine you configured) ask for it, and access is scoped to the account you connect. Bookings, scheduling links, and no-show updates wait for your approval. Read more about how Town approaches security.
By default, no — new bookings, scheduling links, and no-show updates are drafted and held for your approval. If you want a routine to run more autonomously, you opt in per routine; you're always in control of how much it does alone.
Your scheduled events and their invitees, your event types and booking links, real open time slots, and your availability schedules. Under the hood these are Town's Calendly tools: list events, get event details, list invitees, list event types, list available times, list availability schedules, create scheduling links, book events, and mark no-shows.
You need a Calendly account and a Town account — free to start. The Calendly connection works on every Town plan.
No — Calendly stays your booking page. Town works both ends around it: before the meeting, your link shared and the prep done; after, the follow-up drafted and your CRM kept current. Town connects to Google Calendar too, so bookings and scheduling replies stay coordinated.
What is Calendly?
Calendly is the scheduling tool behind the booking link. You set your availability and event types once, and people pick a time that works — no back-and-forth required.
Calendly captures the booking; Town does everything around it. Connected, every new booking gets prepped, every “when are you free?” gets your link, and the follow-through gets drafted.
