How to connect Pipedrive to Town

  1. Open Integrations in Town

Go to Integrations in your Town workspace (free to create) and find Pipedrive.

  2. Authorize the connection

Sign in to Pipedrive when prompted. Town connects with your own Pipedrive login, so there's nothing to install from the Marketplace and nothing to configure.

  3. Put your deals to work

Done — your Townie can read your deals, leads, and contacts, keep a next activity booked on every deal, and answer questions about your pipeline.

Just ask your Townie

Pipedrive runs on next activities. Town makes sure every deal has one, from your inbox, calls, and calendar.

  • “Where did we land with Beacon Fitness?”

Stage, last note, and the next activity, without opening Pipedrive.

  • “Which deals sat longest in Proposal this quarter?”

Answered across your pipelines and stages, with the deals named.

  • “Move Kessler to Negotiation and book a call Friday.”

Drafted in Pipedrive, held for your approval.

Pipedrive integration FAQ

Town's Pipedrive integration is a secure connection to your Pipedrive account, authorized with your own Pipedrive sign-in. Your Townie can read your deals, leads, contacts, notes, pipelines, and stages — and, with your approval, update deals, create leads and contacts, schedule activities, and add notes. You connect it from Town's Integrations page; no API keys or setup.

Town connects with your own Pipedrive login, so it only sees what your account can see. Deal changes, new records, and scheduled activities wait for your approval. Read more about how Town approaches security.

By default, no. Every write — deal updates, new leads and contacts, activities, notes — is drafted and held for your approval before it lands in the pipeline your team works from. If you want a routine to run more autonomously, you opt in per routine.

Your deals, leads, people, and notes, plus your pipelines and stages. Under the hood these are Town-owned tools: search people, leads, and notes, look up any deal or lead, and list your pipelines and stages; with your approval it creates and updates people, leads, and deals, adds organizations, schedules activities, and writes notes. There are no delete tools — Town can't remove anything from Pipedrive.

Pipedrive doesn't have a free tier, but every Pipedrive plan — Essential and up — includes the API access Town uses, so no add-ons are required. On the Town side you just need an account, free to start, and the connection works on every Town plan.

Pipedrive's AI Sales Assistant works inside Pipedrive. Town works across your day — your inbox, calendar, and meetings feed the pipeline, and what's due next in the pipeline turns into drafted follow-ups and briefs wherever you work, with you approving what lands.

What is Pipedrive?

Pipedrive is the CRM built by salespeople for salespeople — a visual pipeline where small sales teams move deals stage by stage and always schedule the next activity.

Pipedrive keeps score; Town keeps you selling. Connected, your calls and email become drafted deal updates and scheduled activities, and any question about your pipeline is answered where you work.
